Graham teaches cognitive psychology at the University of Gloucestershire and is active in research, consultancy and knowledge transfer activities, including acting as an expert witness. He is co-founder and director of the Centre for Research in Applied Cognition, Knowledge, Learning and Emotion (CRACKLE). Graham also leads research into a number of other activities such as the effect of workload and fatigue on cognitive abilities and how this may affect certain tasks, such as driving and air traffic control.
